Founder Message

"After working over 2 and a half decades in retail, I held almost every position in retail."

Starting as a sales associate to running US nation-wide retail boutiques.  I created the global Education department, Sales Administration department, and Business Development department while working in New York.    I've opened the first subsidiary for the LVMH brand called Fresh in Hong Kong in 2011.  With the success of that market, I led the opening of Mainland China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, United Kingdom, France, and Mexico.  I was the General Manager for South Korea, Hong Kong and Macau Market as well as the Travel Retail Market. 


I wanted to support new brands learning how to approach the Global beauty marketplace and showcase their voice in a crowded space.  I'm leveraging the learnings that I have gain from LVMH and Giorgio Armani Corp as well as the group of beauty leaders across the world.  These learnings has helped my clients to be put on a fast track to win at home as well as new markets.  The secret ingredient is meeting an amazing network of talented individuals that I have encountered along the way.  

Beauty after all is a relationship based industry. 

 

There has been a rise of indie brands that has emerged all across the world, each of them speaking to a specific consumer.  I believe each of their stories deserves to be told.  To compete in the beauty arena, they would need to adapt their organisation to be prepared for the demands of different markets.  I think it’s essential for them to be able to speak the same beauty language as the market leaders.  I’ve seen some really exciting stories that needs to be told yet the team is still learning how to compete in this complicated market.   It has been my biggest honor to be a part of these founders discover their true potential in this amazing industry.
